Founder | Healthcare Innovator Entrepreneur | Occupational Therapist
I’m Kezia Tieck (pronounced kez-eye-ah) — Occupational Therapist, founder of Staying Independent, and creator of the NDIS Integrated Outcomes Model: a nationally scalable framework that unites support workers, allied health professionals, and SIL services under one efficient, collaborative, and outcomes-focused system of care.
I launched Staying Independent as a sole trader in early 2024 and quickly scaled it into one of Sydney’s fastest-growing NDIS providers - guided by a core philosophy:
“Maximise efficiency, enhance collaboration, and remain agile as the sector evolves.”
I hold a Master of Occupational Therapy (research dissertation), postgraduate qualifications in Medical & Health Leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications - a foundation that drives my focus on clarity, innovative ideas, and system-wide efficiency. I've published research, presented internationally, and contributed to strategic service design across healthcare and community sectors.
In 2025, I was named a Gold Stevie® Award Winner for both Healthcare Innovation and Healthcare Management, and Staying Independent was selected as the winner of the Asia-Pacific People’s Choice Stevie® Awards. - only 8 Organisations Across 23 Countries in Asia-Pacific.
I hold the exclusive Australian licence for Conover Online, a clinical platform used to assess:
Soft skills: social interaction, emotional regulation, communication, motivation, and workplace readiness
