“I build what doesn’t exist yet, for the people the world designs around”.

I’m an occupational therapist, founder and CEO. I came from marketing, retrained as an OT, then worked in public health and palliative care. That gave me clinical reasoning combined with an obsession with building better healthcare, which continues to be my North Star today. I also knew I couldn’t do this work inside someone else’s structure, which is why I built my own.

Moving into the NDIS, I saw two things clearly. The care system was fragmented and failing the people it was meant to serve. And technology had left behind the 1 in 6 people globally with a cognitive disability or processing difference. Two obvious problems going unanswered.

Staying Independent was my first company. I started it as a sole trader, with no clients, no staff and no outside capital. In just over two years it became one of Sydney’s leading NDIS practices. Watching allied health and support workers operate in silos, I wrote the Integrated Outcomes Model™: one team, one plan, outcomes you can actually measure.

Then I went after the second problem.

LearnAble™ is the first AI platform purpose-built for cognitive accessibility. Not a generic app with bigger buttons. A reimagining of what technology has to be when a person processes information differently.

I built the thinking underneath it, centred on Cognitive Mobility™: the principle that just as we support physical mobility, we must support how a mind processes, learns and functions. I designed the clinical model, the product and the commercial strategy from a decade of frontline practice and continuous co-design with the people who use it.

Audora carries the same spine beyond the NDIS. The name comes from the Latin audire, to hear, and the Greek doron, gift: the gift of listening. Audora Living is the aged care expression, built for carers and the people they support.

I now lead LearnAble and Audora as CEO, alongside Staying Independent. I speak nationally and internationally on healthcare, accessible technology and building start-ups from the ground up.

In November 2026, we’re opening SI Kids. Working parents shouldn’t have to choose between their child’s therapy and their job. So we built flexible therapy that adapts to working families: after hours, at home, in clinic, at school or at daycare.
