Callum is a highly specialist speech pathologist with over 10 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults across acute, education, clinic, and community settings. He brings strong expertise in complex communication and swallowing needs, including autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities, deafblindness, and multi-sensory impairment.With a clinical focus on AAC and dysphagia, Callum delivers evidence-based, person-centred therapy that supports individuals and families to communicate safely and effectively in everyday life.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Aisling brings extensive expertise in adolescent and adult mental health, grounded in trauma-informed practice and psychosocial disability support. She works collaboratively with participants to build meaning, purpose, social connection, and confident community engagement.
Skilled in functional capacity and Supported Independent Living assessments, Aisling delivers clear, practical therapy programs that strengthen independence and long-term wellbeing.

Rachel is a skilled occupational therapist who works with both children and adults to achieve long-term, practical outcomes. She supports participants in building independence, function, and meaningful daily progress. Rachel provides care both in-person and via Telehealth, and is highly experienced in delivering remote therapy — offering a unique ability to reach individuals who may otherwise have limited access to services.

We’re fortunate to have Ayesha on our support worker team, bringing extensive experience supporting children and young people alongside a strong foundation in youth mental health and autism spectrum disorder. She supports participants to build confidence, independence, and meaningful progress toward their goals through a calm, research-informed, person-centred approach.

SUPPORT WORKER
Bachelor of Music (Contemporary Performance). Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Mental Health Foundation Certificate
George brings extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with complex and high-support disabilities. With a background as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, a support worker since 2022, and over 10 years teaching guitar, he supports participants to build regulation, engagement, and functional skills through structured, strengths-based support. George combines psychological insight with creative approaches to promote wellbeing, communication, and meaningful participation.

SUPPORT WORKER
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) - Trauma, Movement & Psychology
Evgenii brings extensive experience supporting people with complex disabilities, high-risk presentations, and complex behaviours associated with trauma and mental health. He has strong expertise in safeguarding vulnerable clients, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and delivering structured individual support plans. Informed by his doctoral research into trauma, movement, and mindfulness, Evgenii provides highly attuned, trauma-informed support that promotes safety, regulation, and sustainable engagement across daily life and community settings.

Eabha (Pronounced Ava) practises with a neuro-affirming, client-centred approach, supporting adolescents and adults to build meaningful skills across home, school, work, and community settings. She brings strong capability in cognitive assessment and therapy planning, with a focus on practical, capacity-building interventions.
With experience across intellectual, psychosocial, and cognitive disabilities in complex care environments, Eabha delivers grounded, strengths-based support that promotes confidence, independence, and long-term growth. -

Eleanor C
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours)
Eleanor works with kids, adolescent and adult conducting assessment and creating therapy plans.
She is experienced working with diverse groups of clients, with complex mental health struggles, cognitive disabilities, and neurological conditions.
Eleanor understands the NDIS scheme very well and regularly writes reports for submission. She is used to working in a busy clinical team environment and manages different providers all working with a common goal for our clients.
Eleanor is trained to complete postural assessments, seat and pressure mapping, and ramp assessment.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours)
Meg specialises in adolescent and adult assessment and therapy, with a strong clinical focus on psychosocial and mental health disabilities. She brings expertise in neurological and neurodegenerative rehabilitation, cognitive assessment, and executive function interventions.
With experience working across complex, multi-provider care teams, Meg delivers cohesive, high-impact therapy planning that supports participants to build capacity and independence. -

SUPPORT WORKER

Amy brings extensive experience across healthcare and community care settings, supporting children, adults, and older people with a wide range of support needs. With a background as a Community Carer since 2009 and experience within the NHS and specialist clinical services, she supports participants with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care while maintaining dignity and comfort.Amy works collaboratively with families and healthcare teams, bringing a calm, reliable, and person-centred approach grounded in trust, respect, and high-quality care.

SUPPORT WORKER
Bachelor of Social Work - Ongoing
Matt is currently studying Social Work at UNSW and is known for his calm presence and strong ability to read situations and respond thoughtfully. He supports participants to engage confidently in activities and community settings, adapting his approach to suit individual strengths and needs. An experienced gardener, Matt brings a genuine interest in plants and horticulture, using these interests to create purposeful and enjoyable support experiences.

SUPPORT WORKER
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Certificate IV in Disability Care (ongoing)
Danio brings strong experience supporting people with complex mental health needs, high-risk presentations, and challenging behaviours across a range of settings.
A full-time carer with an engineering background, he combines problem-solving skills with calm, person-centred support. Danio works well within multidisciplinary teams, takes initiative toward client goals, and has experience supporting justice clients and those requiring 2:1 care. -

SUPPORT WORKER
Bachelor of Arts (Major in Psych – ongoing), Diploma of Creative Art Therapy, Diploma of Child, Youth and Family Intervention.
Patricia brings experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across employment, community, and daily living settings. She provides 1:1 support and facilitates age-appropriate, skill-building groups that build confidence, creativity, and self-expression. Patricia has completed training in epilepsy awareness, medication administration, and suicide prevention, and builds trusting, respectful relationships that support people to work toward their goals.
